You're the Circle, and the Circle gets the whole plan — the real one, in order, with nothing held back. So pour something warm and let me walk you through it the way I'd walk a friend through it at my kitchen table.
What's live right now
The websites are up — the one you're reading, and the story of where we've been and where we're going. The waitlist is open, and every mama who joins drops a pin on the map — right alongside the clay embers from 1.0, because your pin is still on the map if you were with us the first time. What's in beta
The web app — app.momni.com — is in beta with a small group of mamas right now. Home, search, Circles, links, the map with its teal pins and clay embers. We're letting real mamas break it and tell us what's confusing before we open the doors wide. The mobile app follows close behind; it's headed to TestFlight soon, and beta mamas will get it first.
Circles first, city by city
Here is the part I care about most. Momni 2.0 is community first, marketplace second — in that order, on purpose. The first Circles are forming in Utah County, where Momni was born, where I can show up in person with the diaper bag and the name tags. Then we go city by city — and the order isn't decided by me. It's decided by you. When waitlist pins cluster in a city, that city is next. If you want Momni where you live, the button says it plainly: Bring Momni to my city. Tap it, then tell your sister, your neighbor, your group chat. Pins make Circles.

The Momni Shop
Yes, there will be Momni things — the elephant on tees and totes and the kind of mug you reach for at 6 a.m. The Shop is opening this season, and it's one of the little streams that keeps Momni running without ever taking a penny from care. And yes — the podcast is coming back this season too, mama voices and all.
The Foundation, hour for hour
The Momni Foundation is relaunching too, with the same promise that started everything: hour for hour. Care shared in the Circle helps fund care for mamas with no options at all. If you flip on the Momni Gives toggle — a voluntary dollar — it goes straight to the Foundation's work. Separate organization, separate wallet, same heart.
About dates
I'm not going to promise you dates, because I promised myself I'd never tell the Circle something I wasn't sure of. What I can promise is this: all of it is happening this season, in the order I just gave you, and you'll hear each step from me here — not from a press release.
Ship small, ship often, tell the mamas everything. That's the plan. That's the whole plan.
