Privacy Policy

Momni is a community of Momnis, and your trust matters to us more than anything we could ever do with your data. This policy explains, in plain words, what we collect and how we treat it.
What we collect
Account basics — your name, email, city, and what you choose to put on your profile.
What you choose to share — reviews you write and receive, photos you post, and any document (like a background check you purchased yourself) that you choose to display. These are your content; you control them.
Location — your chosen neighborhood or radius for the map. Precise location is never shown to other members; you decide how specific your pin is.
Payments to Momni — membership and Link purchases, handled by our payment processor. Momni never processes care payments between members and never sees them.
What we never do
We never sell your personal information.
We never show your exact address to anyone — you choose what to share, with whom, and when.
We never display legacy Momni 1.0 member information on the map. First-Momni pins are anonymized at the city level until a Momni claims their own pin and opts in.
Children's information & age
Momni is for adults: you must be 18 or older to create an account, and you affirm your age when you join. Momni is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, write to us via the contact page and we will delete it.
Anything you share about your own children (their ages, a note for a host) is provided by you, the adult account holder. It is shown only to the members you choose to connect with, and is never sold or used for advertising.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your profile content anytime, export your data by asking, and close your account whenever you choose. Deleting your account removes your profile and pins from the map.
Two entities
momni.com and app.momni.com are operated by Momni, Inc. If you donate to the Momni Foundation (a separate 501(c)(3)), your donation information is handled by the Foundation, not the company.
