About this host

What I love about my household is that we are simple and not rushed. My children are glad for time with younger children. We also have two puppies that may be exciting as well. We try to invite the spirit in our home and do best at being careful with media of any types. I encourage activity, outdoor time, and time in books. My 10 year old daughter is anxiously anticipating this and, with her many fine skills of a mother already, does so much to help, and keeps kids engaged in activity.

The Family

My family likes to stay active and come up with things to do. The kids get creative with cooking, making slime, art, games, and outdoor activity. There also is a lot of time playing dolls.

Guest Access

Guests are able to be in the great-room or any rooms on the main level with permission.

Interaction with Guests

I will be part of the decision-making on what activities are okay. I will help with structure like eating times and encourage that we do that together. I will be encouraging kind play and try myself to model kindness.

Getting Around

There are a couple of great play areas with play equipment and swing sets, and farm animals behind chain-link fence, all a short walk from our house. Also a basketball hoop.

My only main house rules are no shoes on the furniture and I prefer meals are eaten up to the table. Other than that mutual kindness.
