What are the Cancellation Policies?

Hosts are able to select one of three different levels for their Cancellation Policy. This policy level is applied to any booking cancelled by the guest. The levels are as follows:


  • Flexible: Full refund 24 hours prior to booking start time, except fees*

  • Moderate: Full refund five days prior to booking start time, except fees

  • Strict: 50% refund up to one week prior to booking start time, except fees


When a guest confirms a booking with a host, they are agreeing to the host’s predetermined Cancellation Policy.
